1. Booking
1.1 Booking Process
a. The dog walking field may only be booked by prior appointment via our online booking system.
b. All bookings are private and may not be transferred, assigned, or sublet to any third party.
c. Upon confirmation of a booking, the User will be provided with a gate access code. Gate codes are changed regularly for security purposes.
d. Each booking is for a 50-minute session, which includes time for entry to and exit from the car park. A 10-minute interval is scheduled between sessions.
e. Users must not arrive before their allotted session time. If a User arrives early, they must remain in their vehicle with their dog(s) until the session start time. Users are reminded that some dogs and owners may be reactive and require space to load and unload safely.
f. A maximum of four (4) dogs may be brought per booking, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Use of the Field
a. Upon arrival, Users must ensure that the previous User has fully departed and is in their vehicle before unloading their dog(s).
b. Dogs must remain on a lead until the access gate has been closed and securely locked from inside the exercise area.
c. Users are responsible for the immediate collection and appropriate disposal of all dog waste.
d. Dogs must not be permitted to dig, damage the ground, fencing, or any facilities or equipment provided.
e. The User is responsible for the supervision and control of their dog(s) and any guests at all times. Dogs and guests must not be left unattended.
f. All gates must be kept closed and locked during use and between sessions.
3. Children and Guests
a. Each booking permits a maximum of two (2) people to use the field.
b. The primary User must be aged 18 years or over.
c. Children are permitted but remain the sole responsibility of the User at all times.
d. The User shall be fully responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests and dog(s), including any breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Dog Behaviour and Noise
a. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level. Warnings may be issued in respect of excessive barking, shouting, or other disruptive behaviour by dogs or Users.
b. Aggressive behaviour by dogs or people is not tolerated and must be reported immediately.
5. Dog Health
a. All dogs must be appropriately vaccinated and up to date with worming treatments.
b. Dogs showing signs of illness, injury, or disease must not be brought onto the premises.
c. Dogs imported from abroad must have received all legally required treatments and must have completed any mandatory waiting periods before attending the field.
d. Use of the facilities is at the User’s own risk. The Operators accept no responsibility for injury, illness, or death of any dog using the facilities. Users are strongly advised to ensure that their dogs are adequately insured.
6. Conditions of the Field
a. The field is a natural outdoor environment and may contain inherent hazards associated with countryside locations. The Operators inspect and maintain the field regularly to ensure it is reasonably safe for use.
b. Any safety concerns must be reported as soon as possible to:

The Operators will address reported issues as soon as reasonably practicable.
7. Fencing
a. The perimeter fencing is inspected and maintained on a regular basis. Users must report any observed defects or concerns immediately.
b. The field is not inspected after every individual use. As such, damage (including holes dug under fencing by previous dogs) may occur. Users must visually inspect the fencing before releasing their dog(s) and must not allow dogs off-lead if they believe the fence is unsafe.
c. The fencing is intended to provide a secure environment for approximately 95% of dogs. The Operators cannot guarantee containment for all dogs.
8. Fire Hazards
a. Smoking, barbecues, open flames, and fires of any kind are strictly prohibited.
9. Professional Dog Walkers and Trainers
a. Professional dog walkers and trainers are permitted and encouraged to use the field.
b. Professional dog walkers and trainers must, upon request, provide evidence of valid public liability insurance.
c. Professional dog walkers and trainers may bring up to six (6) dogs per booking.
10. Emergencies
a. The Operators reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time in the event of an emergency or force majeure event (“Act of God”) affecting the exercise area. In such circumstances, all fees paid will be refunded.
11. Variation of Terms
a. The Operators reserve the right to amend or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such variations shall be deemed effective immediately upon publication.
12. Preservation of Rights
a. Nothing in this agreement creates or grants any legal interest or rights in the land.
b. The User acknowledges that the landowner retains full possession and control of the dog exercise field at all times.
13. Personal Responsibility and Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operators accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death, howsoever caused, to persons, dogs, or property while using the field.
b. This exclusion does not apply to liability arising from the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Operators or their employees.
14. Breach of Terms and Conditions
a. For standard breaches, the following three-stage enforcement process will apply:
i. Green – Verbal warning and follow-up email
ii. Amber – Final verbal warning and follow-up email
iii. Red – Permanent ban from use of the facility
b. For serious or extraordinary breaches, the Operators reserve the right to impose an immediate ban without prior warning.
c. Examples of extraordinary breaches include, but are not limited to:
i. Intentional damage to any part of the facility
ii. Abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour by dogs or people
iii. Any breach resulting in actual bodily harm to a person or dog
15. Fence Limitations
a. The perimeter fence is approximately 1.8 metres in height and is designed to contain most dogs. Users must not use the facility if their dog is capable of jumping a 1.8-metre fence.
i. The Operators accept no liability for any loss or injury resulting from a dog jumping over the fence.
b. The fence mesh measures approximately 50mm x 100mm and is designed to prevent most dogs from placing their heads through the fence.
i. Users must not use the facility if their dog’s head can fit through the mesh. The Operators accept no liability for injury arising from a dog placing its head through the fencing.
