Prohibited Dog Breeds – Special Conditions of Use
Under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, as amended, it is a criminal offence to own or have custody of a dog of a prohibited (banned) breed in the United Kingdom unless the dog is lawfully exempt and the owner is in full compliance with all statutory requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, possession of a valid Certificate of Exemption where applicable.
Conditions for Use of Broomey Croft Farm Dog Paddocks
Prior to booking, and as a condition of access to the Broomey Croft Dog Paddocks, Users intending to bring a dog of a prohibited breed must comply with the following requirements:
Proof of Exemption
A clear digital copy of the valid Certificate of Exemption must be provided in advance by email to:

Dogs must be loaded and unloaded inside the secure field, with the access gate closed and locked at all times.Session Timing
Users must arrive and depart strictly within their allocated 50-minute booking slot. Under no circumstances should dogs from separate bookings come into contact with one another.Handling Restrictions
Where only one handler is present, dogs of prohibited breeds may only be exercised with dogs from the same household.
Purpose of These Conditions
The Operators are committed to ensuring that all dogs have the opportunity to exercise safely and responsibly in a secure environment. Private dog fields are intended to provide an appropriate setting for this, provided that all legal and safety requirements are strictly adhered to.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in immediate and permanent exclusion from the Broomey Croft Farm Dog Paddocks. Where verified complaints are received from other Users or where non-compliance is identified by the Operators, a permanent ban may be imposed without warning.
